The cost for attending a support group varies based on the number of the weeks and the type of group.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Notice to clients and prospective clients:


Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including Counseling/therapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including Counseling/therapy services.

You can ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Notice Regarding Access to Protected Health Information and Filing Complaints:

Patients of our practice and patients’ authorized representatives have a right to their treatment record and information. To request a copy of your record with our office, please send a written request to our office at 8204 Elmbrook Dr. Suite 132, Dallas, TX, 75247 or at Miventuracounseling@gmail.com. Further, if you believe your rights have been violated or your care has been compromised, you may file a complaint with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC) which licenses mental health professionals in Texas.
